Disappointment is not what we, the seniors, want to feel when we think of you or see the band or when seeing you guys in band. We want to scrap this word and many other words that's link with disappointment, sad, shocked and many others. Words that are tearing our hearts apart. Maybe for you now, you guys don't understand this because which is why you are JUNIORS.
I think everyone, i mean it. EVERYONE of us know what's wrong with this section. Everyone have been complaining this and that. But has everyone start to listen? Has everyone try to see this small problem have grown to almost (to me) a big one?
Yes. We can have tons and tons of horn outing to bond together, to get to know each other. But having outings doesn't improve our playing, your playing in band. As an individual, get some self-discipline. You know you need to bring home your horn and practice in order to improve, so be it. Bring home the horn and practise. You know all these. You already knew before me and Tiffy blog on this. So why aren't you guys doing it? Lack of motivation? Lack of people screaming your heads of?
Okay. I'm stopping here. Leaving with some phrases i quote from some songs i enjoyed listening and to me, it's already motivating enough. Hope it goes the same for you.
Everyone is special in their own way We make each other strong We're not the same We're different in a good way Together's where we belong
And yes, we are different in MANY ways. But yet, it's funny when you think about it and think about how close we have become despite of this many differences.
Remember, each one of you matters including us, the seniors. Everyone in this section and who have graduate from this band MATTERS.
WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. Remember that.
